shiftMomenta brings this skill-based learning to your team in a very experiential way. By engaging employees within the structure of improv exercises, teams become more comfortable dropping their armor and embracing lessons in a way that will have staying power, as they are rooted in memorable interactions with everyone on their team.

Workshops lend themselves to groups of 6 to 20 participants. Larger groups can either be split into simultaneous sessions, each with their own instructor, or can be structured in a more presentational class where attendees walk away with the improv wisdom but will not have the opportunity to embody the lessons through interactive activities.
